CEBU - President Rodrigo Duterte visited the wake of Cebu Archbishop Emeritus Ricardo Cardinal Vidal early Monday.
Prior to visiting Vidal's wake, Duterte attended the MassKara Festival in Bacolod City.
Vidal passed away last Wednesday. His funeral is scheduled on October 26, Thursday.
