MANILA - Tropical storm Odette has maintained its strength and remained stationary for the past six hours over the West Philippine Sea, the state weather bureau said Saturday.
PAGASA, in its 5 a.m. weather advisory, lifted all cyclone warning signals over provinces in Luzon, except for Pangasinan.
Pangasinan remains under storm signal number 1.
PAGASA said Odette is currently packing maximum sustained winds of 90 kilometers per hour near the center and gusts of up to 115 kph. It is moving west northwest at 10 kph.
Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Western Visayas will experience moderate to heavy rains.
Odette is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility Saturday.
