MANILA - Two low pressure areas or brewing storms spotted off Aurora and Eastern Samar provinces may bring sporadic rains across the country, state weather bureau PAGASA said Friday.

In its 4 p.m. advisory, PAGASA said the LPAs would bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Mindanao and Eastern and Central Visayas.

PAGASA said the LPAs were sighted 350 kms east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar and 140 kms north of Casiguran, Aurora.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
