The Professional Regulation Commission announced Friday that 252 examinees passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations this month.
Of this total, 42 were registered electrical engineers out of 154 examinees in their field, and 210 were registered master electricians out of 350 examinees in their field.
The licensure exams were given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Kuwait; and Oman.
Jun Agustin Arnigo Gallegos II, of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in Lucena City, garnered the highest place in the Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination in the Middle East with 82.50%.
Reyson Lacanlale Ramos (Central Luzon College of Science and Technology in San Fernando, Pampanga) topped the Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination in the Middle East with a rating of 93.50%.
Cerilo Conag Lagua Jr. (Cagayan State University—Tuguegarao) and Jerrico Agno Sagala (Golden Gate Colleges) came in second place with a rating of 91%.
