MANILA - The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Friday said gaming schemes Keno and Instant Sweepstakes (Scratch-It) will resume operations following President Duterte's order.
The directive will take effect Saturday, Sept. 28.
Last July, Duterte had ordered the suspension of all gaming schemes run by the PCSO due to "massive corruption."
More than 21,000 lotto outlets and other PCSO gaming kiosks were shut down nationwide after the President declared these as illegal.
PCSO lotto operations were resumed shortly after the suspension.
