Isabela now composed of 6 legislative districts

MANILA - President Rodrigo Duterte has signed a law reapportioning Isabela into 6 legislative districts from the current 4.

According to Republic Act 11080, signed by Duterte on Sept. 27, the 6 legislative districts are as follows:

First Legislative District

  • Ilagan City
  • Cabagan
  • Delfin Albano
  • Divilacan
  • Maconacon
  • Tumauini
  • San Pablo
  • Sta. Maria
  • Sto. Tomas

Second Legislative District

  • Benito Soliven
  • Palanan
  • Naguilia
  • Reina Mercedes
  • San Mariano
  • Gamu

Third Legislative District

  • Alicia
  • Cabatuan
  • San Mateo
  • Ramon
  • Angadanan

Fourth Legislative District

  • Santiago City
  • Cordon
  • Dinapigue
  • San Agustin
  • Jones

Fifth Legislative District

  • Aurora
  • Burgos
  • Luna
  • Mallig
  • Quezon
  • Quirino
  • Roxas
  • San Manuel

Sixth Legislative District

  • Cauayan CIty

The law states that the incumbent representatives of Isabela shall continue to represent their districts until new representatives shall have been elected.
