BATAC CITY, ILOCOS NORTE - A man tagged as the number two drug personality on the watch list of PNP-Batac City was nabbed after a buy-bust operation last Saturday.
The drug suspect was identified as Pol Rivera, 37, construction worker and resident of Barangay Tabug, Batac City.
Investigation disclosed that Rivera was caught selling illegal drugs. Six sachets of shabu, P500 buy-bust money, and a cellphone were found in his possession.
The operatives implemented a search warrant that led to the confiscation of 11 improvised tooters found in his house.
Marlon Paiste, Chief, PNP-Batac City.
Paiste added that Rivera never surrendered in their Oplan Tokhang.
Rivera denied the accusations.
He will face charges of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
