MANILA - Malacañang suspended work in all government offices in the executive branch starting 3 p.m. Monday, in celebration of National Family Week.
The suspension affords government workers more time to spend with their families, Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea said in Memorandum Circular No. 65.
Monday marks the first day of National Family Week, which is celebrated every last week of September.
The Supreme Court has suspended office work in courts all over the country up to 2 p.m. on Monday.
