MANILA - The automated check-in system of Philippine Airlines' (PAL)
international wing in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 experienced a technical glitch on Friday, prompting the airline to conduct manual check-in procedures.
The check-in system bogged down at 4:50 p.m., PAL spokesperson Cielo Villaluna said.
The airline has coordinated with its service provider to resolve the issue, she said.
"We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this technical issue," Villaluna said in a statement.
