CamSur college, Capiz university grads top electrical engineer licensure exams

The Professional Regulation Commission announced Thursday that 2,807 out of 4,460 registered electrical engineers, and 2,643 out of 3,864 registered master electricians passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations conducted this month.

Edilbert Vallecera Tandaan, of Camarines Sur Polytechnic College, topped the Registered Electrical Engineer exam with a rating of 91.8%.

Clint Kenneth Untayao Reducto, of Capiz State University, placed first in the Registered Master Electrician exam with a rating of 93%.

University of Santo Tomas is this year’s top performing school in the Registered Electrical Engineer exam with a 98.67% passing rate, while the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Santo Tomas was the top performing school in the Registered Master Electrician exam with a 98.31% passing rate.
