MANILA—A 5.1-magnitude earthquake jolted Zambales Thursday night, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The tremor occurred at 9:58 p.m. at a depth of 31 kilometers southwest of Palauig town.
The Phivolcs said the quake will not cause damage, but is expected to trigger aftershocks.
