MANILA, Philippines – Operatives of the Mambaling Police Station on Saturday arrested a level 1, high-value target of the Cebu City Police Office during a buy bust operation.

The target was identified as Jose Cariman Bicbic, a resident of Sitio Lupa, Barangay Basak in San Nicolas.

Confiscated from him were drug money, paraphernalia, and sachets of suspected shabu worth P82,000.

According to Sr. Insp. Narrolf Tan, the deputy police chief of the Mambaling station, Bicbic is considered a high-value target as he has been operating for over a year, disposes more than five grams of shabu per week, and has around eight men who are running the item for him for those who want to buy.

Bicbic has already been subjected to several attempts of Operation Tokhang, but is never there when the police knocks on his door.
