MANILA - Kerwin Espinosa and former aide Marcelo Adorco on Tuesday entered a "not guilty" plea on conspiracy to commit drug trading charges before the Makati City Regional Trial Court (RTC).

Peter Go Lim is still at-large, despite efforts by authorities to apprehend him.

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra earlier said Lim has not left the country based on immigration records.

Senior Assistant State Prosecutor Juan Pedro Navera said the Department of Justice has applied for the issuance of an alias warrant with the RTC, indicating Lim's additional addresses.

The case involves the alleged distribution of ‘shabu’ in Regions 7 and 8 by the so-called Espinosa group, where Lim was the alleged supplier.

President Rodrigo Duterte had earlier identified Lim as a big-time drug lord called "Jaguar" while Espinosa had earlier confessed to drug involvement.
