The Philippine National Police-Internal Affairs Service (PNP) has recommended that all 13 policemen from Caloocan City involved in a deadly drug raid last week be placed under restrictive custody to protect witnesses.According to PNP-IAS Inspector General Attorney Alfegar Triambulo, the police officers will be placed under restrictive custody to encourage witnesses to come out."Mas maganda kung naka-restricted para lumabas ang mga testigo kung sino pa ang mga may alam at hindi sila natatakot at nadisarmahan na ang mga involved na pulis sa operation, at sila ay na-confine sa kampo at hindi makalabas para matuklasan natin ang katotohanan at lumabas ang mga impormasyon,"PNP- IAS findings showed lapses in police operational procedure in the raid that claimed the life of 17-year-old Kian Delos Santos.
