The Tubigon Regional Trial Court has reset to October 24 the pre-trial hearing of Supt. Maria Christina Nobleza and her alleged Abu Sayyaf lover Reneer Lou Dongon for charges of obstruction of justice and disobedience to authority.
The two were arrested in April after they ignored a checkpoint in the town of Clarin in Bohol while bandits and security officers were exchanging gunfire.
Clerk of court Golda Eftimov was informed last Friday by Judge Erwin Ucat that he will be on leave on Tuesday and rescheduled the pre-trial.
Police earlier made security plans but were informed of the last-minute cancellation.
Nobleza and Dongon are detained at Camp Crame.
On Friday, both are scheduled to undergo arraignment for illegal possession of firearms and explosives at the Tagbilaran City RTC.
