MANILA—Some flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) were delayed after the state weather bureau raised a red lightning advisory early Tuesday.
"Flight and ground operations at the NAIA are suspended. The alert will be lifted as soon as PAGASA deems it safe to continue operations," the Manila International Airport Authority said.
As a result, the following flights were delayed:
- 5J 472 Bacolod-Manila
- 5J 396 Cagayan-Manila
