Parts of Pampanga province north of Manila were also flooded, leaving some streets not passable for light vehicles.

In Guagua town, floods hit the villages of Maligaya, Lambac, San Matias, Becuran and Sta. Rita.

Floods also disrupted traffic in parts of the provincial capital of San Fernando.
