Former House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez took his seat beside Senate President Vicente Sotto III before President Rodrigo Duterte's third State of the Nation Address.

This, after Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo took her oath as the new House Speaker.
