MANILA – The Supreme Court is suspending work from July 20 until 22 to allow the disinfection, cleaning and sanitation of its buildings to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.
The disinfection of SC buildings and offices will start on Saturday, July 18 until July 22, according to the Memorandum Circular No. 07-2020 signed by Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta.
Rapid anti-body testing to all justices, officials and employees and service providers will resume on July 23.
The memo also stated that the signing of the Roll of Attorneys for 2019 bar passers will continue as scheduled.
Meanwhile, only on-duty personnel of the Office of the Bar Confidant; Cash Collection and Disbursement Division; Medical Services; Security and Maintenance Divisions are authorized to report for work on July 20 to 22.
