MANILA - Weather bureau PAGASA on Saturday raised the red rainfall warning over Zambales, cautioning residents there of a possible serious flooding in flood-prone areas due to the southwest monsoon or habagat.

In its report issued at 9 a.m., PAGASA also placed Bataan under the orange rainfall warning, or that possible flooding is still threatening.

Yellow rainfall warning or a possible flooding in low-lying areas was raised over the provinces of Tarlac, Cavite, Batangas and Pampanga.

Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna and Nueva Ecija will meanwhile experience light to moderate rains which may persist within 3 hours.
