MANILA- A 3-part fora highlighting the achievements of President Rodrigo Duterte's administration will be held anew in different parts of the country starting next week ahead of the fourth State of the Nation Address on July 22.
Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo said Tuesday members of the Duterte Cabinet would discuss the administration's policies and programs as well as "triumphs in pursuing genuine and lasting change" under the 3-part fora called “Tatak ng Pagbabago 2019.”
The fora were initially launched by the Office of the Cabinet Secretary and the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) last year as part of the pre-SONA initiatives of the government.
The first forum, "Patuloy na Pag-unlad," will be held on July 1 at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City, and will be led by the Economic Development Cluster and the Infrastructure Cluster.
Another forum will be held on July 10 in Cebu by the participatory governance cluster and the Human Development and Poverty Reduction Cluster titled "Patuloy na Malasakit at Pagkakaisa."
The last forum meanwhile will be held on July 17 in Duterte's hometown Davao City. It will be called "Patuloy ng Katatagan" and will be spearheaded by the Climate Change Adaptation, Mitigation and Risk Reduction Cluster, and the Security, Justice and Peace Cluster.
“Each forum will include an open forum with Cabinet secretaries and officials of each cluster and will be live streamed in the Facebook pages of the PCOO and its attached agencies such as PTV and Radyo Pilipinas,” Panelo said.
