MANILA - Metro Manila and other provinces in Luzon will continue to experience monsoon rains Wednesday, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
In its 5 a.m. rainfall warning, an orange-level rainfall warning was hoisted in Bataan, Cavite, and Batangas, where flooding is threatening.
A yellow-level rainfall warning was hoisted in Metro Manila and Zambales. Flooding in low-lying areas may occur over these areas.
Meanwhile, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains are expected over Bulacan, Pampanga, Rizal, Laguna, and Quezon, which may persist within 3 hours.
The Bicol region, Visayas, and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms.
Downpours have forced the cancellation of classes in some provinces.
