Lee David Colglazier, 61, was arrested in Bacolod City for violating the Cybercrime Law and Anti-Trafficking in Persons Law.

BACOLOD CITY—An American national was arrested in Bacolod City Thursday after a complainant saw their illicit video together online, police said.

Lee David Colglazier, 61, was arrested when a victim in one of the sex videos he uploaded on an adult website came forward to police.

Colglazier is facing charges for violating the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 and the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003.

According to Atty. Renoir Baldivino, one of the victims’ lawyers, his client was shocked when she came upon their sex video online.

"Nakita namin sa internet na siya talaga, and then may iba pa na babae and even lalaki na partner nito. Yes, mayroon pa at saka may ibang mga babae pa maliban sa complainant. Kaya on this basis, nag-apply kami [for a] search warrant,” he said.

Colglaizer explained that he met the victim online and that she agreed to have intercourse.

"I met her as a walker in Facebook and I contacted her, she came for sex [for a price]. She didn’t say anything about [the video], she got angry with me because her boyfriend downloaded it. She contacted me about a month ago and [said] 'delete it,' and I said no problem,” he said.

When asked if he was the man in the video, he said: “Yes, I’m not going to make any comment without counsel.”

Colglaizer, whose tourist visa will expire soon, has been living in the country for two years. He moved to Bacolod after separating from his wife, a Negrense currently working in the Middle East.

The American is now in the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation.
