The city of San Juan in Metro Manila has tallied a total of 277 cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), its public information office said Tuesday.
The city government said 48 patients have recovered from the disease, while 35 others have died.
Barangay Greenhills has the most number of cases of COVID-19 with 44, followed by West Crame with 22, and Corazon de Jesus at 21.
There are no probable cases in the city while the suspected cases is 248.
The national government has extended the enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila and other parts of the country for another two weeks while placing other areas under general community quarantine.
The Philippines has recorded 7,958 coronavirus disease cases as of Tuesday, with 530 deaths and 975 recoveries.
