COVID-19 cases in Pasay City rise to 183

Pasay City has a total of 183 cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) as of Tuesday, the local government's public information office said.

The city government said 40 patients have recovered from the disease, while 20 others have died.

Barangay 183 has the most number of COVID-19 cases with 20, followed by Barangay 34 with 10, and Barangay 36 at 8.

There are 444 probable cases in the city while the number of suspected cases is at 60.

The national government has extended the enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila and other parts of the country for another two weeks while placing other areas under general community quarantine.

The Philippines has recorded 7,958 coronavirus disease cases as of Tuesday, with 530 deaths and 975 recoveries.
