"The National Bureau of Investigation should investigate Vice President Leni Robredo for illegal solicitations, actions that compete with, or calculated to undermine, national government efforts in this time of public health emergency or national calamity," ani Luna.

Kabilang sa pinupuna ni Luna ang free shuttle, dormitoryo para sa frontliners, at pagbibigay ng personal protective equipment ng Office of the Vice President (OVP).

"[These] may be in violation of the NDRRMC Law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the Solicitation Permit Law and Related Issuances, the measures and protocols of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emergent Infectious Diseases (IATFEID)," sabi ni Luna.

Aniya, pinagbabawalan si Robredo na makipagkompetensiya sa mga hakbang ng Department of Health at Department of Social Welfare and Development.

"Robredo is barred from competing with the DOH, DSWD and OCD/NDRRMC, or undermining their efforts," ani Luna.

"Anyone who insists that bringing much needed assistance to hospitals, health workers, and poor Filipinos is somehow a 'competition' has absolutely no understanding of the gravity of the crisis we are all facing," ani Barry Gutierrez, tagapagsalita ni Robredo.

"PACC is not asking anyone to investigate VP Leni Robredo. On the other hand we are thankful to everyone who are helping the frontliners and the needy including the VP. It was a personal opinion and request made by one of the commissioners of PACC that does not reflect the sentiments of the commission," ani PACC Commissioner Greco Belgica.
