MANILA - Two more Filipinos tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Singapore, raising the total of infections among Pinoys there to 13, the country's foreign ministry said Friday.

The new patients are currently confined in hospitals, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) learned from the Singaporean Ministry of Health.

Of the 13 Filipino nationals infected with the disease, 2 have been discharged, it added.

The Philippine Embassy in Singapore is coordinating with Singaporean authorities and prepared to assist the Filipino COVID-19 patients.

Singapore has so far recorded 313 coronavirus infections, with zero death, latest data from the World Health Organization showed.
