Dam, a done deal
Officials of Manila Water and the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewage System (MWSS) got a grilling in the House on Monday during the hearing on the water crisis. The Senate will hold a hearing on the water crisis today at 10 a.m. Expect another grilling.

Budget bill withdrawn?
According to Sen. Panfilo Lacson, the House of Representatives recalled the controversial 2019 budget bill. But House Committee on Appropriations chair Rolando Andaya insists no lawmaker in the House has the authority to withdraw a measure already with the Senate.
