MANILA - President Rodrigo Duterte conducted an aerial survey of the burning Manila Pavilion Hotel and Casino in Ermita on Sunday.
Duterte came from the Philippine Military Academy's graduation rites in Baguio City when he flew over the burning building.
Special Assistant to the President Secretary Christopher "Bong" Go posted photos of him and Duterte inside the aircraft.
Authorities said 3 people were killed in the fire that started at around 9 a.m., while at least 15 others were injured.
Four were initially declared dead on arrival at the Manila Doctors Hospital but medical personnel were able to revive one of them
