MANILA - A P1-million bounty is up for anyone who could give information on the whereabouts of a suspect in the killing of businessman Dominic Sytin last year.

The family of the slain Subic auction firm leader made the offer on Tuesday in the hopes that suspect Ryan Rementilla alias Oliver Fuentes would be captured.

Sytin, founder and chief executive officer of United Auctioneers Inc. (UAI), was shot and killed outside the Lighthouse Hotel on Nov. 28 last year.

On Monday, a suspect arrested for a different slay tagged Sytin's younger brother, Dennis, as the alleged mastermind behind his sibling's killing.

The younger Sytin denied the allegation, saying he was being used as a "scapegoat" by the perpetrators of the crime.
