Roque shares Duterte's plans for Bohol as he opens Central Visayas sports meet

Presidential Spokesperson Secretary Harry Roque shared President Rodrigo Duterte's plans for Bohol as he opened the Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association meet Sunday.

In his speech, Roque also thanked the people of Bohol for supporting Duterte.

According to Roque, studies for the planned bridge to connect Cebu and Bohol has been finished.

The bridge will be one of the longest bridges in the country under the government's Build, Build, Build prgram.

He also said there will be an increase in the salary of teachers and that the government is also planning on providing free lunch for kindergarten and elementary students.

Following the ongoing clean-up in Boracay Island, Roque said the government is also looking at Panglao Island in Bohol.

However, he said the local government of the island assured him that all environmental laws are being followed.
