MANILA - Around 180 passengers of the MRT-3 were unloaded Sunday morning after the train they were riding suffered a glitch.

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) said a northbound train unloaded passengers at GMA-Kamuning Station around 9:15 AM after its motor failed.

"Passengers were loaded in the next train which arrived 4 minutes later," the DOTr said in a statement.

The MRT-3 has already suffered several glitches this year, but the government said the train system had fewer issues since the DOTr took over repair its repair and maintenance.
