Before and After: Tacloban a month after Yolanda


A month after a storm surge and powerful winds brought by super typhoon Yolanda devastated most of Tacloban City, photographer Fernando Sepe, Jr. returned to the city he documented  immediately after the disaster. Most of the cadavers and debris are gone, but many scenes remain the same as the city struggles to rebuild from the ruins.
