CEBU - Vice President Jejomar Binay will be filing a case against
personalities who have been accusing him of being a thief.

Binay disclosed this during a press conference yesterday afternoon at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in Lahug Cebu City.

He did not mention a name of any official or personality though.

"Ako ho'y maghahabla... lahat yung personal na po yun at hindi na po kasama yung immunity," he said.

The Vice President said he will not attend the Senate Blue Ribbon sub-committee investigation because he has been prejudged.

He said there is no need for him to attend the investigation because he has been explaining the issues many times in other forums and media interviews.

Binay also pointed out that the Senate investigation was first about the alleged overpriced Makati City Hall Building 2 but instead has branched out to his alleged properties and dummies.

He said the Makati city government saved P200 million on the Parking Building because the actual cost was P2.2 billion against the project cost of P2.4 billion.
