PAMPANGA -- Two suspected members of the New People's Army (NPA) were arrested Thursday afternoon in Barangay San Antonio, Mexico, Pampanga.

Members of Philippine National Police Regional Office 3 (PNP-PRO 3) arrested alias "Rose", 64, and her cousin, alias "Jack," who were charged with several counts of murder and kidnapping.

According to suspects' relatives, the two were arrested by several policemen and soldiers on board two military trucks.
