Floods submerge town in CamSur

MANILA, Philippines – About a hundred homes have been hit by rising floodwaters in Camarines Sur.

Disaster officials said knee-deep floods brought by incessant rains since Saturday night hit Barangay San Roque in Bombon town.

Even rice fields in that town were submerged in floodwaters as some parts of the Bicol River have already overflowed.

According to PAGASA- Hydrological Center, the river is already at 60% of its full capacity.
