Pacquiao's brother accused of punching billiards playmate

GENERAL SANTOS CITY, Philippines – The youngest brother of boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao has been accused of mauling a billiards opponent in General Santos City.

Rogelio Pacquiao, a barangay captain in the city, allegedly punched the victim after losing P130,000 in a bet.
The incident reportedly occurred on Tuesday night at the Pacman’s Sports Bar.

The victim, Marc Dominic Salazar, had the incident recorded in the local police blotter.

He claimed that the younger Pacquiao and his bodyguard mauled him after he tried to get his winnings.

Salazar’s family plans to file charges against Pacquiao, who has denied the incident.
