A bus meets a boat: Online pics show severity of PH floods

MANILA - Netizens and members of the media are still posting photos of the flooding situation in their respective areas.

Floods in some areas worsened on Tuesday as nonstop rains continued to batter Metro Manila and surrounding provinces.

Residents were forced to evacuate their homes, and some were forced to find shelter to avoid floodwaters.

Roads have also become impassable, making life difficult for commuters, even those planning to take the train. Despite the weather, some still chose to venture out of their homes.

Not even the office of the Philippine Coast Guard was spared.
