MANILA, Philippines - The Supreme Court has raffled the petitions filed by former President and now Pampanga 2nd District Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and her husband, Mike, seeking a temporary restraining order on the watchlist order issued against them by the justice department.

Supreme Court Spokesman and Court Administrator Jose Midas Marquez said the petitions, which are being treated separately, were endorsed to the Court en banc.

Each petition was raffled to a justice-in-charge who will then determine whether to consolidate the petitions later.

If the justices-in-charge deem it necessary to issue a TRO immediately, they will recommend this to Chief Justice Renato Corona who is flying back from San Francisco tomorrow.

Otherwise, the applications will not be tackled until the next en banc session on Tuesday.
