Candidates' posters up in Cavite on 1st day of campaign

MANILA, Philippines - Campaign posters of local candidates in Cavite were already up on the first day of the official campaign period for local positions.

ABS-CBN found posters of the team of Ayong Maliksi and Jay Lacson and Jolo Revilla and their allies at an overpass and electric posts in parts of the province.

No one was spotted putting them up.

Friday is the first day of the official campaign period but it will actually begin on March 30, Saturday as campaigning is banned on Good Friday.
