Former social welfare secretary Corazon “Dinky” Soliman has “revealed all” she knows about the "Hello, Garci" tapes scandal in a chapter of the book “Crossover Leadership in Asia”, ABS-CBN News reported Monday.

Soliman said that at the height of the controversy in 2005, Manila Archbishop Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales asked for President Arroyo’s resignation.

The Cardinal, she said, asked the President to step down after her now-famous "I am sorry” speech.

Soliman added that Mrs. Arroyo had three drafts for the speech. She also said that the President was supposed to read the draft that stated she was “ready to face the consequences.”

The former social welfare secretary was part of the so-called "Hyatt 10," which is composed of eight Cabinet members and two bureau chiefs who resigned from their posts during the height of the "Hello, Garci" scandal that stemmed from allegations of poll fraud.

The group announced their resignation at the Hyatt Hotel in Pasay City and called on Mrs. Arroyo to follow suit.
