NORTH COTABATO - Administration standard-bearer Mar Roxas has a new retort to political rival Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Roxas gave his reaction to Duterte's statement that those who do not believe he can put an end to crime, drugs and corruption in six months are "bayot" or "gay."
"Ito naman si Digong, number 1 fan ko," said Roxas, who visited Kidapawan and Midsayap in North Cotabato to meet with local officials and his supporters.
"Pasensya na, hindi kita type," he quipped.
In an earlier interview, Duterte slammed the latest political advertisement of Roxas wherein the LP standard bearer alluded to the other presidential aspirants, including the Davao City mayor.
In the political ad, Roxas says: ''Bakit si Mar? Wala akong drama.
Meron akong ipapakita sa iyo, Exhibit A ko ang Davao,'' said Duterte, who in December also had a verbal tussle with Roxas.
