Smuggled gasoline rescues Venezuelans running on fumes

For the first time Colombian gasoline is cheaper and is being smuggled across the border to fuel vehicles in western Venezuela. Six years of recession, hyperinflation, corruption and mismanagement means production has fallen to a fraction of the 3.2 million barrels per day produced just over a decade ago.
