The Philippines will only get access to COVID-19 vaccines by the second quarter of 2021, or mid 2022, depending on who you are asking. The government isn’t to blame. At least not the Philippine government. The governments of developed countries however are a different story. Based on the latest data, some rich nations have bought up enough doses to cover their entire population 5 times.
