MANILA -- A man, who claims he communicates with ''aliens'' through the Internet, filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for president on Tuesday.

Allan Carreon, of the "Intergalactic Earth Ambassadors," was the 36th person to file a COC for president this week.

In an interview on DZMM, Carreon said he is able to communicate with aliens in "intergalactics" using the internet.

He also plans to provide wireless internet access to the whole country, and fight for Philippine territory if ever he is elected.

"Sa plataporma ho, number one is wi-fi para sa buong Pilipinas. And second, 'yung territory ng Pilipinas. Kaya nating gawin 'yan. Basta ipanalo ako ng buong bansa. Kakausapin ko lang ang mga intergalactic," Carreon said.

When asked how he will push through with his campaign, he said he will use the Internet to talk to aliens and humans alike.

"Pwede ho akong mag-internet para kausapin ang mga alien, at the same time ang mga tao."

Carreon said he previously ran for a congressional seat in Pasay, where he got 500 votes.
