MANILA — National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts Ricky Lee held a read-through of his books, “Kalahating Bahaghari” and “Kabilang sa mga Nawawala” last Saturday, Sept. 14, during the Manila International Book Fair at the SMX Convention Center.

Actor Dingdong Dantes read an excerpt from the novel, narrating a moment where the two protagonists, Jim and Sam, envisioned a world where they could openly express their love for each other without fear of judgment.

Magsusuot tayo ng mga damit na magkaterno. Tutugtugan kita lagi ng gitara miski na sa harap ng tao,” Dantes narrated.
