MANILA, Philippines - President Aquino III again made fun of his bachelor status on Tuesday, months after comparing his love life to variants of a brand of soft drink.
In a forum with journalist-members of Bulong Pulungan, Aquino said his love life is "unlike poverty."
"It's not being addressed," he said, drawing laughter from the audience.
Last September, Aquino compared the stages of his love life to Coca-Cola, which varies from regular to light to zero.
The country's bachelor President earlier said that he has been unlucky in love. His past dates include Valenzuela City councilor Shalani Soledad, celebrity stylist Liz Uy and stockbroker Len Lopez.
Aquino has also been linked to Bais City mayor Karen Villanueva, Cebu governor Gwendolyn Garcia, Korean television personality Grace Lee, actress Iza Calzado and Sabrina Chua of Singapore-based Channel News Asia.
