MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) - An old woman has been going around the city for almost two weeks to find her missing 78-year-old husband.

Two "missing person" posters of Luis Matias are pinned on the front and the back of Aurelia's dress as she braved the streets of Manila alone each day.

"Luis Matias, 78 years old. Address: 164 Dolores Street. Pasay City. Barangay 66 Zone 08. Contact number 09497763122, 09326095491, 09474196145," the poster read.

A photo of Aurelia sitting by herself at the corner of Buendia and Roxas Boulevard has gone viral on Facebook and other websites, prompting authorities to help her in her search.

Facebook users expressed their support for Aurelia.

"My parents have been married for 57 years before my father passed away last August. My mother still misses my father so much. It pains me to see a situation like this. Although I am far from Manila, I would comment, like and share this to show concern and spread the search," Allan Du Yaphockun wrote.

"So touching it made me cry. Hope she finds Lolo soonest as I can feel her pain. I know God will bless them both and he will find a way," Charmaine Santiago Dee wrote.

On Tuesday night, "TV Patrol" reported that Luis was found at the Quirino LRT station in Taft Avenue, Manila at around 5:30 p.m.

Missing

Aurelia earlier shared that her husband, described as "ulyanin" (an old person who is forgetful and repetitious), suddenly left home while she was doing laundry.

Sabi noong manang, kanina pa dumaan dito 'yung asawa mo palabas. Sabi ko, 'Hay nako, bakit di niyo man lang pinigilan? Alam niyo namang sinusundan ko 'yun 'pag nalabas.

"Pagkatapos sumakay na ako ng jeep. Kalsa-kalsada pinupuntahan ko. Pero wala talaga. Lumabas na kami hanggang Rotonda, sa EDSA, San Juan, Baclaran. Wala talaga."

Aurelia said not being with her husband causes her so much pain.

"Masakit. Kasi kahit kami'y naghihirap, nagdadamayan kami," she said, crying.

She then thanked all those who have helped her in any way.
