MANILA – Ayala Land Premier introduced on Wednesday its newest residential development, which is located at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.

Called East Gallery Place, the 50-storey residential building has 407 units set to be turned over in 2019.

Executives of Ayala Land Premier said during a press launch that the company has begun pre-selling the units, with prices starting at P11 million for a one-bedroom, 76-square meter residential space with partitions.

The most expensive portion of the property, a bi-level penthouse, has already been sold for around P178 million, according to Ayala Land Premier residential buildings project head Catleya Moya.

“It’s the most expensive condominium unit sold in the Philippines today,” said Mike Jugo, Ayala Land Premier’s sales head. “It’s been sold already.”

Called the Skyrise 1400, the penthouse residence will take up around 1,400 square meters of space – including a 25-meter lap pool embraced by a 600-square meter garden deck.

The lower level, as seen in a proposed floor plan released by Ayala Premier below, will include two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a maid’s room, a utility kitchen, a gourmet kitchen, living and dining areas, a family room, an indoor garden with a pond, a covered terrace, a swimming pool and an outdoor garden.

The upper level, on the other hand, will have a master bedroom and two other bedrooms, three bathrooms, a receiving area with a kitchenette, and a massage room. The lower level can be seen from this floor, with the two areas connected by a set of stairs.

Aside from the Skyrise 1400, the six smaller penthouses and the suites, East Gallery Place will also feature “Flex” units, which are free of interior partitions. These can be configured as studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom formats, depending on the residents’ needs.

An 80-square meter Flex 2 unit costs around P13.5 million. Prices are expected to be higher for the larger Flex 3 condominiums.

There will also be four villas, each featuring four bedrooms, four levels of living space, a swimming pool and a personal elevator.

Aside from the residential units, retail outlets will also be put up at the ground floor of East Gallery Place. Jugo said the establishments will include “a choice selection of restaurants and fashion brands that are consistent with the vision for High Street South.”
