Retreat combines raw food, yoga and inner dance

MANILA, Philippines – A 3-day retreat in Palawan will allow participants to find union between sacred movement, stillness and their mind-body-spirit connection.

According to yoga teacher Monica Eleazar-Manzano, the event is one-of-a-kind.

The 1st Inner Dance, Yoga & Raw Food Retreat will take place from September 17 to 19 at the Bahay Kalipay Retreat Center in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

Bahay Kalipay is home to the Inner Dance Community, which is committed to training people to live with personal ecological ethics, add more life force to their foods, and raise consciousness through a powerful energy system called the Inner Dance.

The retreat will teach advanced healing techniques, live enzymes, organic gardening and the Inner Dance perception.

The Raw Food Yoga Retreat will be spearheaded by Eleazar-Manzano while the Inner Dance Healing will be conducted by Pi Villaraza.

Eleazer-Manzano, Bahay Kalipay’s resident yoga teacher, and Villariza, healer and facilitator of Inner Dance energy, will be joined by Daniw Arazola.

Arazola, who once had a healing space in Manila, has conducted workshops in the Philippines, Asia and United States on various spiritual disciplines.

The retreat fee is P7,000. Inclusions are airport and all other transportation transfers, 3 days/2 nights room sharing accommodations at Bahay Kalipay, live food meals and talks on raw food preparation, Inner Dance Healing workshop, yoga classes, world music and fire dancing gathering with Kawangis ng Tribu, and yoga journey at Nagtabon Beach and the Hot Springs.
